SHARON'S WORKSHOPS AND CLASSROOM PROGRAMS
WORKSHOP TITLES AND INFORMATION
All of Sharon's teacher workshops are "hands-on" and "interractive" and most sessions are two hours in length. The lessons and activities presented can be incorporated into state and local standards and goals for each grade level. Participants have the opportunity to share ideas and to write and create materials that can be used for lessons when they return to the classroom. A handbook of ideas and activities will be provided for each participant, as well as a copy of one of Sharon's CD's.

SCHOOL AND CLASSROOM PROGRAMS
Sharon's school programs include both storytelling/music activities and language arts themes. The storytelling programs are designed for one or two classroom groups and usually involve the students in the "telling" of some of the stories. The language arts programs are presented in individual classrooms and also use music in the teaching of oral language and writing skills.
